Justine began dancing at the age of four, where she formally trained in disciplines such as ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, modern, tap, and acro. Along with completing several certifications via the BATD, she has studied RAD syllabus ballet, successfully completing up to Vocational Advanced level examinations. Justine studied with The Quinte Ballet School of Canada, and danced with Canada’s Ballet Jörgen for a season of The Nutcracker.
In adulthood, Justine has had the privilege of training with celebrated companies such as First Floor Movement and the Chameleon Coalition. Since joining La Compagnie de Danse in 2021, she has embraced opportunities to participate in various performances and residencies, further enriching her artistic journey. Her love for choreography has flourished in recent years, highlighted by projects like the music video for Canadian rock band Texas King’s “Ultraviolet”.
Justine’s journey with O.N.E. began in 2016, and by 2021, she had embarked on her path as a choreographer, developing a passion for styles like Heels and Choreography. She has since completed several courses focused on Heels technique and safety to reinforce her choreography and teaching. Her central value is to foster connection, support, and empowerment in her class environments. Grateful to be part of the O.N.E. family, Justine cherishes the safe and encouraging environment they provide for lifelong learning and artistic growth.
